The Code of Business Conduct sets out the fundamental principles and responsibilities that INVT E-mobility is committed to in the area of compliance and applies to all INVT E-mobility directors, officers, and employees. For INVT E-mobility, achieving ultimate business value is important, but so is the process and the manner in which it is achieved. INVT E-mobility requires all employees to take on their own responsibilities, internalize the contents of the Code of Business Conduct, and adopt a code of conduct that is consistent with INVT E-mobility's core values in all circumstances, in order to safeguard the interests and honors of INVT E-mobility, all INVT E-mobility people and our stakeholders.
