INVT E-mobility Showcases its Latest e-Powertrain Solutions at the IAA Transportation Expo

e-Powertrain Solutions for Diverse Application Scenarios
In the show, INVT E-mobility presents its various e-powertrain solutions tailored for different applications. This includes the new 800V MCU IFL 550 series, the all-in-one auxiliary motor controller TA34H series, a 6kW DCDC converter GVD510-1CM6R0LD, and a 5-in-1 EV motor control system GVD550-5L51 designed for heavy electric vehicles. For light electric commercial vehicles, they offer the Single MCU GVD550-5L14 series and the 4-in-1 auxiliary motor control system GVD500-42LT1D. There is also the EV motor control system IFL 300 series for passenger cars. Aside from the latest 800V innovations, all other products have been mass-produced and are widely utilized in the market.
 




INVT E-mobilitys latest 800V EV Motor Control Solution for Heavy Truck
In response to the growing demand for 800V e-powertrain components, INVT E-mobility has developed a new EV motor control solution tailored for heavy truck applications. This includes the IFL 550 series, a single MCU product, and the TA34H series, an all-in-one auxiliary motor control system. The IFL series is a high-performance EV motor controller utilizing advanced Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology, operating within a voltage range of 500-950V. It is compact, highly reliable, and designed with safety as a priority, boasting an IP68 rating, anti-vibration capabilities of ≥10G, and a functional safety level of up to ASIL C. The TA34H series is a highly integrated auxiliary motor control solution that also operates within the 500-950V range. It incorporates multiple functions, including BDU, PDU, EPS, ACM, DCDC, and optional EVCC. Its modular design allows for flexible modifications and customization to meet client requirements, greatly simplifying vehicle configuration. Compared to previous models, it offers 50% more functional interfaces and is suitable for various applications, including EV, HEV, PHEV, and FCEV.
