Company President Mr. Tian Huachen, Vice Presidents Mr. Yang Lin and Mr. Xu Tiezhu, Power Supply and Network Energy Company General Manager Mr. Mou Changzhou, HR General Manager Mr. Zhu Hanxing, and INVT E-mobility HR and Administrative Department Director Ms. Chen Quanjiang attended the opening ceremony at the main venue in Shenzhen. At the Suzhou sub-venue, Industrial Automation Business Group Vice President Mr. Yin Xiaoyong, Industrial Automation Business Group HR Director Ms. Sun Bo, Drive Capability Center Director Mr. Fan Nian, and Application Technology Service Center Director Mr. Gao Long attended the opening ceremony. The leaders present at the opening ceremony warmly welcomed all new employees.
President Tian expressed his earnest expectations for new employees across six dimensions. Firstly, quickly adapting to the role by transitioning from the campus to the workplace, handling interpersonal relationships, and developing an understanding and practical abilities. Secondly, integrating into society and the company, and enhancing observation, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Thirdly, continuously improving professional skills, broadening perspectives, maintaining the motivation to learn, and establishing good professional habits. Fourthly, focusing on job responsibilities, maintaining a pragmatic mindset, accumulating and growing steadily, avoiding aiming too high. Fifthly, understanding and practicing the company's culture. Sixthly, maintaining an open and inclusive attitude, actively adapting to new environments, and striving to become outstanding professionals in the workplace.
At the end of the opening ceremony, President Tian and the other leaders wished all 2023 new campus recruitment employees could become qualified professionals as soon as possible and achieve their dreams in the company.
